RAGE

Do you have the rage of a lion?
Is your anger sabotaging your life?

Everyone knows what anger is, and we've all felt it whether as a deciduous annoyance or as a massive Spartan rage.

Anger is an absolutely normal human emotion. But it turns destructive when it gets out of control, and it can create problems at our workplaces, relationships, and other areas of our life. It can make you feel like you are being controlled by a powerful demon and no medicine is strong enough to pull you out.

We might think that venting our anger is the right thing to do and that our anger is the only thing that can gain us respect because the people around us are too sensitive. The actual truth lies in the negative energy that we radiate. This might damage our judgment and our success becomes shaky.

Anger can be generated from various triggers like: feeling tired, stressed, frustrated, and criticism. We can also spike up by opinions of others, and the beliefs of others. This can break our ability to communicate effectively, making us likely to say something crazy and stupid. Through this, people around us also get angry, and then, well, fire meets gasoline.

Some common triggers to anger are; grief, rudeness, hunger (YES HUNGER!), injustice, infidelity, being bullied, side effects from some drugs, disappointment, and the list is as long as my shirt.

Anger has an army of destruction, this includes health problems like; high blood pressure, sleep problems, digestion problems, and skin disorders. Some psychological problems like depression, alcoholism, self-injury, and drug abuse are also in the circle.

As always, I will help you with some healthy tips:

GET A BLACK BELT IN COMMUNICATION
Hey bighead, don't always jump into conclusions, because some of those can be very, very inaccurate. Don't say the first thing that comes into your bighead, slow down, and think about what you want to say. Keep your cool and avoid the disastrous situation. People are nasty, Yes I know, but finding the control button on your rage is the perfect defense.

HUMOUR
Crazy humor can also reduce the potency of anger. This helps you to manage the situation. Angry people believe that everything is against them, they think that they don't have to suffer in any way and they are always morally right. Don't just 'laugh off' your problems, deal with them formatively. Analyze the triggers that create anger and you might find it very funny and probably laugh at it.

MAKE SHIT HAPPEN/SOLVE YOUR PROBLEMS!!
Most of the time our rage and frustration are caused by real problems in our lives. Anger is a natural response to every difficulty that we face every day. Don't focus on finding a solution to the problem, rather focus on how to face and handle the problem. Don't punish yourself when the answers don't come immediately. TRY again with your intentions and face the situation like a warrior.

The last thing is to talk to someone you trust. They might be able to pinpoint the blindspots to you.
