"I feel stuck!" "I don't know what to do."
The sense of being flawed or defective is a disastrous evil that hunts us quietly. We can't be ourselves because, in the silence of our hearts, we believe that we are useless and we are always going to fail.
This venomous shame is a bitter emotion. It's so silent that we don't even notice it. We decide to take our minds off it, pretending it's not there or transfers the energy to others by criticizing them and all.
Being mindful of the shame inside of us is the first key to deal with it. Shame is a vampire when allowed to operate in the dark. It's quite scary to be faced with an invisible obstacle you cannot seem to tackle. This is completely normal. Great men have found themselves stuck in life, and what made them great was their ability to overcome what was holding them back.
If you don't know how to attack the issue, your break out can be really hard. The harder you try to get out, the deeper you're getting in.
So what do we do?
Learning to move forward despite your challenges can take the war to a different level. Breaking out of a cell is a choice, every part of your being must be willing to accept the change.
Okay, so before I continue let me chip in this, maybe you are not hurting enough, maybe your problems and obstacles are very small. When pain pushes you past your breaking point, the uncomfortable situation triggers the action of change. This change can affect your life positively and break you out of your mental prison.
These tips will help you out, but before it does, you've got to make the choice to gain control over your feelings, behaviors, and thoughts:
1. YOU DON'T NEED ALL THE CARDS TO MOVE FORWARD.
"Start from where you are, Use what you have and Do what you can." Man, just start, even if you don't see the end result and don't know where exactly you are going, start moving towards the glitchy image you have in mind.
2. DON'T BE A BABY.
You are afraid of everything about yourself, so you hide in the dark and cry. Amazingly, nothing changes, because you are just sitting down waiting for everything to come to you like you are some kind of mystical magnet for success. Start acting, find answers, because this makes the difference.
3. PURGE THE NEGATIVITY.
The addition of toxic things to your life will only make the road darker. Negative thoughts and actions are so draining and freaking useless. Filter negativity and surround yourself with positive people, positive thoughts, and positive actions.
4. YOU THINK TOO MUCH.
Listen okay, you can't control everything, so you need to learn to let somethings slide. Shit happens all the time. Just relax. You may be feeling stuck because of the worry and bullshit you've created in your mind. Let it go and be Free!
